The main purpose of this site is to provide a location to access the ECHR Education Foundation's scholarship application.

The application undergoes slight modifications from year to year.  Some institutions of higher education are now using electronic posting of application forms.

We currently don't have the electronic form posted.  We can deliver a copy to you until we have that capability.

The scholarship criteria include:  being a resident of the Hampton Roads area, character, integrity, scholarship ability and the need for financial assistance.  Preference is given to engineering students from Old Dominion University, and then other engineering schools in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We are targeting scholarships in the $1,200 to $1,600 range.
